Police 38 (Divinity)

Hi flp's everywhere,
For little apparent reason, other than the now regular atrocities being
perpetrated on us, I've been lay researching the Kent State University
massacre of 4 May 1970. Somewhere along the line it came to me that
'Police 38 (Divinity)' from flp1 was a comment/elegy on the events that
day, but can't think for the life of me where I got this impression.
Can anyone on this List enlighten me please.
It's a haunting piece in any event, I remember that they got John
Stapleton to spin the tapes over it at a gig at the yellow boozer on the
Bath Road a few years back, and maybe performed it again at one of the
last Fiddler's gigs.
