         >> Oh Yeah Phil, Green on Red - supported the Planes at the Town
and Country
I'm sure I remember it being the other way round (BA support).
That gig was recorded and is available as a 10" vinyl thing. It's a
marvellous record, but doesn't have the BAs excellent slot on there (boo)

        >> Long Ryders - Native Sons
To tie in the recent holiday, Green On Red and 80's bands themes
..... went to a village fete while in Norfolk 3 weeks ago (truly a fete
worse than death *groan*), but there was a charity stall selling second
hand vinyl. Managed to pick up the aforementioned Native Sons (replaces my
knackered copy) + Chameleons - Fan & Bellows + That Petrol Emotion - Manic
Pop Thrill + a House Of Love 10" for a total of £3. I'll probably never
play them, but all of a sudden I was transported back 20 years to a smelly
flat in Longsight .... sigh.

Howard (the only one thank heavens)
