thanks Phil, yes it was Downtime. Actually i kind of knew it wasnt King
Strut, because i checked it and it came out later, but could not think of
which Blegvad one it was. Well spotted!

I like almost all his solo albums, though lost him after Hangmans Hill.
However i see he has a new one out with Andy Partridge, which seems
interesting.
