Fine no worries,

believe you me a few days in Shrewsbury is more than enough.....unless
you like agriculture.....try and introduce yourself via Nev - who I know
from the fiddlers and the rest of the web crown who'll be there.

        Hi Phil,

Great thanks for this generous offer! But, me and my brother are
travelling to Shrewsbury on Wednesday,
taking a Nat. Express coach from Stansted. Thursday would have
been quite some gamble if we would make it to the gig in time, or not
(any short delay would mean no aeroplanes). As we are travelling quite
some distance, we have decided to stay a couple days more in Shrewsbury
in order to discover the town and the Shropshire environment. So,
unfortunately we can't check in for the return drive to London either.

        Till thursday!

        Hein

                Hein,

If you're stuck i'm driving to Shrewsbury from London
on the Thursday and coming backafter the gig...yo're both welcome to a
lift for a contribution towards the petrol costs...
                Phil.

Only this week I found out I am able to make it
to the Shrewsbury-gig. I feel a privileged man! As the planes are either
sick of water, or afraid of flying I haven't seen them in my home
country (Holland) anymore since 1995. So, the only way to catch them
live is to cross the Northsea one more time. And...the fresh experience
of the Fiddlers' show is still resonating. I will travel with my
youngest brother Dennis, who in fact introduced the band in my life in
the autumn of 1990, the year of the "Swagger"-release (a concert in
Utrecht, a revelation that I will not gladly forget about). So, on
Wednesday Jan 21 we'll fly in to London and take the bus to Shrewsbury.
As far as I understood in Bristol, tickets can just be bought at the
door, or am I mistaken about that ? We also are looking for (cheap)
accomodation. I'm searching the internet, but any good advice is
welcome. See you all next week!

                                Hi Nick
It's at a club called The Buttermarket
in Shrewsbury (Howard Street next to HM Prison, Post Office sorting
depot and the railway station - ample parking next to the venue). Band
onstage at about 10.30pm.
