Mixed reviews from our merry little band who trooped down from Berkhamsted.

Two thought it the best Aeroplanes gig they had seen in ages, two
proclaimed it a good one & two were disappointed. I always get a little
nervous when Gerard resorts to reading lyrics from a folder.

I don't think the gig lived up to the article in the Bristol 'what's on'
which made it sound like nearly every previous member would be joining
them onstage for this one.

Still, an excellent venue and just enough guitars to keep me going until
the next time. I shall continue to wear my BA tattoo with pride.

Till the next one.

Steve

PS. I still have a pristine 7" copy of Art Objects - Hard
Objects/Bibliotheque/Fit of Pique, which was offered to anyone who wanted
it several weeks ago.
